Cancellation Policy

Your hair appointment is reserved especially for you. We are asking that you please notify us 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations or ‘no shows’ cost us valuable time which can be given to another valued client if you are unable to make the appointment. Therefore, any appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice or a ‘No Show’ will be charged 50% of all services booked.

We completely understand that life happens and we assure you that sympathetic consideration will be applied under certain circumstances.

** A credit card is required in order to schedule an appointment. We will never charge your card without your permission, unless cancelling or rescheduling an appointment according to our Cancellation Policy**

Deposits

Services that require a longer appointment time may be subject to provide a deposit to hold the appointment. The deposit amount will be taken off of the final payment on the day of the services.

Tipping

Tips are in the form of cash or personal check.
